I have learned Tzu Chi and Advanced Tzu Chi. My next goal is to move on to Zung Chi and learn the short staff. I would like to prepare for next year's tournament and participate in 3 events. The events would be sparring, forms and weapons competition. If I get good enough I would like to perform like Miss Jessie.

I am 48 years old and Kung Fu is helping me in shape and to grow spirtually. There is a great sense of accomplishment knowing that at my age I'm able to keep up and exceed my exceptations. Kung Fu has given me confidence in my abilities.

When I had to give up running because of back and knee injuries, I was looking for a challenging workout that would give me aerobics and all around conditioning. I've been taking Kickboxing and Street Defense for two and half years and I have never been in better shape! I also take Tai Chi for relaxatoin and to round out my exercise program.

"The Bams" Kung Fu has done so much for me. I have learned so much about the martial arts and made some great friends. The instructors are very skilled at teaching and are always willing to help. I am so glad I came to the Bams. It helps me grow as a person in and out of the martial arts.

I am taking Kung Fu and I lost 20 pounds! I feel like I am 22 even though I am 32. I am making a lot of new friends and I plan on signing up for 4 more years. I love it here!
