Internal Fitness Program

Tai chi, Breathing, meditation & Relaxation

Our main focus is to help each individual learn to push beyond the external physical being and tap into the inner workings of their temple, by going within to change their negative thought pattern and replace it with positive information as well as grabbing a hold of the negative emotions and holding them and caressing them in ordr to love themself more. the is the only way to not be overwelmed by depression, mental strain, stress and anxiety. The inner peace that s felt can no longer be supressed by drugs, alcohol, anger, a negative lifestyle, etc. To maintain inner peace requires total surrender of oneself and each class shows you how to do so in order to sit back and let go so the answers of what lies within bac be revealed for personal growth.

Our program helps you to live the second half of your life better than the first. The curriculum entails:

  • Tai Chi - the meditative Chinese exercise that encourages relaxation and improves flexibility and balance while promoting natural resistance to diseases and helps speed up recovery
  • Meditation - to quiet your mind and settle your body to tap within your chi (inner lifeforce) in order to have a clear state of consciousness; this methond of breathing allows one the ability to control their response to some of the most overwhelming circumstances in life
  • Shaolin Stretching/ Yoga - learning the values of maintaining flexibility and improving circulation to the muscles teaches one how to be stronger and more fluid throughout life along with ridding the body of tension, it allows ones joints and limbs to maintain longevity
  • Shaolin Breathing/ Chi Kung - created to prevent and relieve pain and strain throughout the body, it also increases one's range of motion, balance and muscle strength; allowing one to monitor fatigue, excessive straing for a longer and healthier life.
